London Supper – Thursday 27th July 2023 – CANCELLED

CANCELLED
Strikes on London Underground are now planned for Thursday 27th July 2023. So regrettably the supper has been cancelled. The SOF Council scheduled for earlier in the day, will now take place online.

Members of the Society, together with their partners and guests, are invited to attend the first London Supper for 2023, to be held The Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PY, on Thursday 27th July 2023.

Following an SOF Council meeting, the evening will commence at 7.00pm in the Churchill Bar, which is a cash bar. A four-course supper will be served in the Presidents’ Room at 7.30pm and after the supper, the bar will be open until 11.00pm.

The cost will be £55 per person, payable in advance. Concessionary tickets at £30 per person are available to the first 10 to apply who are under 30.

Please complete and return this Application Form, downloadable from the OF website.

Payment can be either:

  • by bank transfer online, by identifying your payment using the reference ‘LDN SUP’ with your surname. The SOF online account details are HSBC, Sort Code 40-25-31, Account Number 72346451.
  • or alternatively, payment can be made via cheque, payable to the “Society of Old Framlinghamians” and sent to Kate Jackson, OF Co‑ordinator, Framlingham College, Framlingham, Suffolk. IP13 9EY

Please then send a payment confirmation email to Kate Jackson, with the Application Form, also noting any table groups, dietary (e.g. vegetarian or vegan menu) or access requirements to londonsupper@oldframlinghamian.com or by phone, on 01728 727227.

Please note that the RAF Club Formal Dress Code applies: https://www.rafclub.org.uk/dress-code-club-rules

The last date for booking or advising Kate Jackson of specific requirements is Monday 17th July 2023.

I very much hope you will be able to join us for this evening and look forward to seeing many of you in person again.
