Commander Cyril George Neeves OBE (Garrett 1910-1915)

Joined Royal Navy after leaving the College. Served in WW1 and then a series of roles as Secretary to senior ranks. Served similar roles in WW2 ending up from 1944 to 1946 as Assistant Secretary (Military) to the War Cabinet. He was awarded OBE on 1 January 1947.
