Major John Gilby Bullen OBE JP (Garrett 1903-1913)
He was probably one of the College’s most brilliant scholars. He went to Oxford both before and after WW1. Then went to Lachaber in Scotland where he set up a small aluminium company and for which he was awarded the OBE in 1953. Died in 1987 at the age of 102.
