- Date of Death 3 January 1945
- Cause of Death 215 Squadron's Consolidated B-24 Liberator (#KH214) aircraft, with an aircrew of eleven, took off from Dhubalia for an air operation over a Burma-Siam Railway target. After being shot down by anti-aircraft fire, KH214 crashed near Anakwin, Burma [now known as Myanmar], taking the lives of the entire crew.

The son of Hkun Pan Sing and Sao Noom. His father was the Sawbwa of Tawngpeng in Burma. His older brother Sao Hkun Aung (1934-36) also attended the College. During WW2 he served with the RAF in Burma and was killed in operations over Burma on 3 January 1945. Remembered on Singapore Memorial.
