Framlingham in War Time

John Waddell (R39-46) has been asked by the Society to put together a memoir of what it was like at Framlingham during the war. John
would be very interested to have , preferably by e-mail, any anecdotes, memories of events specific to Fram (Of course the food was not
very good; but that was true of all schools at the time). In particular,
since it was the greatest disruption of our wartime schooling, John would
be very pleased to hear from anyone who was at Repton and particularly
at School House , where the senior boys were based.

The copy is intended for a book being put together by AROPS about life
in schools during that period. The deadline is the end of August 2004, so please pass this message on to your wartime colleagues asap.
