The President of the Society, Simon Dougherty, writes: The SOF Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 April 2020 as a secure Zoom Conference Call commencing at 1400 hrs. It should not last more than 45 minutes. The meeting is open to all Members of the Society, although Honorary Members are reminded that they do not have the right to vote (Rule 3 (3) c).
Alex Henney has volunteered to host the meeting. Easy access can be made from a computer or device or without video from any telephone, by dialling in. As it is a secure meeting, members are requested to contact him at alex.c.henney@gmail.com to obtain details of how to access the meeting. Members of Council have already been sent the necessary information by email, but others can view below
