The Suffolk gathering will again be a lunch and will take place at the College on Saturday 21st October 2017. As in recent years the meal will be in a buffet format. The cost will be £10 per head, payable in advance by cheque or BACS.
The full timetable for the day will be:
10:30am-11:45am Council Meeting – induction of new Hon OFs (Chapel)
11:45am Reception at Fowler Pavilion
12:15pm Formal Opening of Fowler Pavilion
1:00pm Buffet Lunch
Booking for the lunch is essential, as we need to know numbers. Lists will be closed on October 13th. If you would like to attend the formal opening as well please indicate this as well as numbers are needed also. If you have received an invitation from the College and have indicated your acceptance of it you do not need to respond to this.
