Norman Porter continues: “As well as providing Paul with a platform to introduce himself to members of the Society, we are, by way of reciprocation, taking this opportunity to present the Society and its proud history to the new Head. This will principally be through a twenty-minute slideshow, encapsulating all that the Society stands for. A background commentary and explanation will be provided by officers of the Society.
Otherwise the evening will follow the usual pattern: a welcoming drink in Paul’s Court, four course meal in the Dining Hall, with wine included, brief speeches/presentation and a chance to mingle in the bar afterwards".
Time: 7-15pm for 7-45pm
Cost: £25.50 per head, to include pre-supper drinks and wine on the table.
Dress: Jacket and tie/lounge suit for men – comparable equivalent for ladies.
