Tony Meggs (K63-70) awarded CB in Queen’s Birthday Honours

Have spent his career in the petroleum industry, Tony more lately has been a civil servant.  He was appointed as Chief Executive of the Major Projects Authority in the Cabinet Office in mid-2015, before becoming the Infrastructure and Projects Authority from 1 January 2016, reporting to both Cabinet Office and HM Treasury, and Head of the Government’s Project Delivery Function.

He became Chairman of Crossrail Limited on 14th January 2019 and was awarded a CB in the 2019 Queen's Birthday Honours in recognition for his commitment to public service.
