Simon Dougherty writes: After a gap of 4 years, the Society’s Annual Dinner will return to the Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PY on Saturday 18 April 2026. Members of the Society, together with their partners and guests are warmly invited to attend. The RAF Club is a prestigious and attractive venue well known to many OFs who have attended previously, with many RAF mementoes on display and, of course, great food and wine.
The Churchill Bar will be open exclusively for us from 6.00pm. Pre-dinner drinks will be served in the Churchill Bar from 7 o’clock, with dinner being served in the first floor Sovereign’s Room at 7.30pm. Dress is Black Tie or equivalent.
The dinner gives OFs a great opportunity to meet up, renew old friendships and make new ones. A bar extension has been arranged for the Churchill Bar until midnight, so there will be plenty of time to do this after the dinner.
Tables will be arranged to seat 10; you can reserve a table for your group or apply for individual tickets – just fill in the form as appropriate. A vegetarian or vegan option may be requested at the time of application.
Places at the dinner are priced at £74 per head including wine or £60 per head without wine. The first 20 OFs aged under 30 years on 18 April 2026 to apply and pay for places will receive a 50% discount!!
Please download Full Details and an Application Form. Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer or on line by Credit or Debit Card – full details and a QR Code are on the Application Form.
The closure date for applications is noon on Friday 11 April 2026. Cancellation without financial penalty may be made until the same date.
